Sarah is the People Programs Manager at Mr Yum, where she is responsible for designing Mr Yums People strategies across performance, engagement, learning and development. After achieving a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from RMIT, Sarah got her start in London, where she honed her skills in executive search and became an expert at hiring leaders in the startup industry.
Sarah has been integral to Mr Yum’s growth and success for the past two years, building the People function and strategic programs and hiring the company’s first 140 employees. Sarah is passionate about organisational development, growing leadership capabilities and employee enablement and experience.
