Definitions

“Event” shall mean CommBank SmallBiz Week. “Organiser” shall mean ABF Corporate Pty Ltd.

 

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are generally non-refundable.

 

What if the Event changes?

If the Event is rescheduled, moved to a new location, or shortened before it starts, your ticket will still be valid for the new date, location, or shorter duration.

If the Organiser can’t reschedule the Event for a reasonable time in the future or needs to cancel it due to serious reasons beyond their control, they have the right to cancel. In this case, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the next year’s Event, at the same price you paid this year.

Please note: The Organiser is not responsible for any costs you incur (like travel or accommodation) if the Event is postponed or cancelled.

 

How will I know my registration is confirmed?

The Organiser will send you a confirmation email once you register for the Event. You might also get a separate email with your tax invoice.

 

What about my privacy?

Any personal information the Organiser collects for the Event will be handled according to the Privacy Policy on smallbizweek.com.au
