RIPE
Hakim Halim is the Singapore-born Cheesemonger who founded the world’s first all-Australian cheese retail and advocacy brand, RIPE. He won Melbourne’s Small Business of the Year award in 2023 and Australian Small Business Champion award in 2024. In addition to championing Australian produce, he is a member of the Melbourne’s Economic Advisory Committee and establishing a new social enterprise, The Cheese Social.
