RIPE
Hakim Halim is the Singapore-born Cheesemonger who founded the world’s first all-Australian cheese retail and advocacy brand, RIPE. He won Melbourne’s Small Business of the Year Award in 2023 and was a dual finalist at the 2023 and 2024 Australian Small Business Champion Awards. In addition to championing Australian produce, he is a member of the Melbourne’s Economic Advisory Committee and establishing a new social enterprise, The Cheese Social.
