For the last 18 months Ray has been a small business mentor at the ASURIA office in Melbourne. His motivation is to use his business and accounting expertise to help start-ups to achieve their goals and dreams by successfully running their own businesses. His strong skill set in accounting and management, enables him to support small businesses with all aspects of running a business including budget preparation, monitoring and variance responsibility, business growth, continuous improvement and internal control and governance processes.
Ray has worked with over 500 start-up businesses as either a facilitator or mentor and I have been a member of many small business networks including treasurer for Business Enterprise Centres Network Victoria (BECNV) and the Small Business Centres Victoria (SBCV).
