Emma Jensen is the Vice President for Small Business at Optus, where she has accountability for the end-to-end performance of the segment across all aspects, from sales and service to marketing, product management and channel.  In her time at Optus, she has held several executive roles across marketing, customer growth, and insights as well as leading the Virgin Mobile business.

Emma is a commercially focused Senior Executive with significant international experience and a proven track record of delivering transformative business outcomes.  She has raised the bar in every organisation she has worked in, consistently delivering strong results based on her insights-driven strategy, focus on end-to-end experience, commitment to outstanding execution, and strong stakeholder skills. She is passionate about helping consumers and small businesses to grow personally and professionally, with a particular focus on the role technology can play in doing that.
