Harish Vellat is the Business Leader for Microsoft ANZ’s Small, Medium & Corporate customers. He joined Microsoft in May 2019 and prior to this role, he was the SMC Lead for India. He has over 25 years’ experience of which 19 have been in business leadership roles as Senior Executive in Technology companies. ​

Harish’s passion is transforming small businesses with big tech. He leads the Small Medium and Corporate Business at Microsoft India. His work focuses on empowering businesses to overcome challenges by leveraging cloud and optimizing the entire business process from supply chain to sales. In his career spanning over 25 years, he has spent 19 years in diverse business leadership roles at leading tech firms. Prior to the role at Microsoft, he was with Honeywell for a decade and led businesses across geographies. He has led cross functions such as sales, marketing, product engineering, integrated supply chain management (manufacturing) and delivered financial and people metrics.​

He is a firm believer in the power of the human capital and inclusion of marginalized groups and enjoys working with young minds. In his personal time, he is an avid sports fan, enjoys listening to music and read diverse genres of books.​
