Scott is a proud Aboriginal man, a descendant from the Wotjobaluk people in the Western Region of Victoria. Scott has extensive experience in start-up and small to medium enterprise development. Since joining Kinaway in 2019 and in the space of just under 3 years, Scott’s diligent stewardship has nurtured the growth of our membership of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island Certified business portfolio from a meagre 120 to over 570 and counting. Scott’s adept business development skills diligently and proficiently flip boards between establishment and growth of strong partnerships, sound problem solving and ongoing innovative development of diversifying team culture; people really enjoy working for Kinaway.

Scott is driven by the need to develop the Aboriginal business sector in Victoria. Scott quotes that “The path to true self-determination is creating innovative opportunities to ensure that as Aboriginal people we are better placed to participate at all levels in the economy”.
